Wedding Ceremonies
You can hold your wedding ceremony at the Cavendish, as well as your wedding reception if you wish. We cater for all types of functions and can help put you in touch with a whole host of recommended quality services, including entertainment and music, flowers, video and photographic services, cars and cakes!
Both wedding reception venues have dance floors and drink licenses so you can continue to celebrate well into the evening. To ensure availability though, we recommend that you book your special date well in advance, especially during the months of May through to September. We are certain that once you see how the Grange and Cavendish can be your perfect wedding venue, you will want to book your function date with us. However, we would be happy to be your catering contractors at your own venue!
Wedding Coordination
This is essential if you want peace of mind and a guarantee that your wedding day will run as you have dreamed. We are wedding coordination specialists with all our staff dedicated to the success of your event. Our Wedding Coordination service is in place from the moment you book and your designated manager will be on hand to guide you right up to the special day. Unlike most other wedding venues you will always have the same manager to help you. All our Wedding packages include your very own Wedding Coordinator.
Reception and Marquee
We have a purpose built luxurious Marquee available at the Grange which can accommodate up to 200 people for dining or reception. It boasts a fully carpeted raised wooden floor with Champagne silk walls and French window sections with a choice of subtle to spectacular complimentary lighting. It can be themed to suit your colour scheme and compliments the beautiful Grange building, making it a multi purpose magnificent complex to suit all requirements.
Our Wedding Co-Coordinator can demonstrate that for a fraction of the true costs, you can experience a wedding environment that most people can only dream of. The Grange and marquee have so much flexibility that, with expert advice provided all the way, you will be able to design your dream wedding and on the day live the fantasy.
Bar Service
Both the Grange and the Cavendish have beautiful bar lounges and are fully equipped to cater for the largest parties or receptions. We have a wide range of drinks available and can also stock our bars to Suit your individual requirements. You can enjoy your favourite drink in the comfort of our leather clad lounge or in the tranquil Gardens or terrace and it’s all exclusively yours.
Fine Wines
We have a wonderful selection of Fine Wines in our cellar available for the perfect occasion. Ask to see our Drinks list or let your wedding coordinator advice you of the right choice for your meal.
For The Children
Children can eat the same menu at half price and up to 10% of the adult total or if you prefer, you can request a special meal in advance just for them! They can have their own dining area and have a mad hats tea party if you wish and an Entertainer to complete a magical day, allowing the adult's time to enjoy their meal. All children's fun food is prepared using the finest quality ingredients as you would expect.
