"Dear Richard,. Colin and I just wanted to say a huge Thank You for organising our perfect reception on Saturday. Everyone commented on how lovely the grounds were and how tasty the wedding breakfast and evening buffet were. Please pass on our big thanks to the chef. The young man who ran the bar was very friendly, but we'd particularly like to say how wonderful your lady Sheila is. She was a vital part in making the day run as smoothly as it did, but she went above and beyond, working tirelessly, smiling all the way through. Sheila is a diamond indeed, and made our reception perfect for us. We understand from our best man that everyone had left the venue by 11pm, including the DJ. Please could you say a thank you to the young man who ran the bar, and a massive thank you to Sheila for all her hard work. Thank you again too, Richard for making our reception even better than we could have imagined. Kind regards."

The staff were waiting for us on arrival to offer snacks and drinks, and then entering the dining hall upstairs we were presented with an immediate impression of attention to detail.
