HOW TO CALCULATE THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR EVENT
- Select a menu & the price range which is based on the amount of people you are inviting
- Select the type of venue hire you require which is based on the amount of people you are inviting
- Add together the two amounts per head (cost per head of venue hire + cost per head of menu)
- Then multiply with the amount of guests which are attending
- Add vat @ 20%
- And that’s the total price
