What deposit do need to book your services? is it refundable?
You need to pay a £100.00 deposit in order to cement the date. This is not refundable.

What do you specialise in?
We offer a premier catering service that specialise in wedding receptions, all private parties & corporate events.
Are you good at what you do?
Well, unlike most catering companies we also have 3 venues of our own - The Grange, The Cavendish & The Homestead Country Houses. Lido could of only built this success by offering excellent service & food.
Do you have any letters from past clients?
Yes, we have literally hundreds of testimonials for you to inspect & we can go one better by giving you the telephone number of our last client we catered for.
How many guests have you catered for before?
We have catered for several hundred guests on many occasions.
Do you have Health & Hygiene Certificates?
Yes, we have a high star rating for Hygiene and have certificates that we can show you.
Do you do food tastings?
Yes.
Are your menu's flexible?
Yes all our menu's & packages can be interchanged and tailored to suit your specific requirements.
Do you charge a corkage fee?
We do not charge a corkage fee when we cater at your venue. We will be happy to help serve your drinks. Please speak to the catering manager for more details.
Do you charge extra for delivery?
No, all of our prices include delivery.
Is there an additional charge for clearing away?
No all included in our prices.
Do you provide crockery, cutlery & linen?
Yes.
Do you deliver, set up the tables, serve the meal and clear away?
Yes, all included in our prices.
Do you need an area to set up, prepare or store the food?
Dependent on the menu you choose.
Do your prices include staff?
Yes our "delivery, set-up & staff" price includes staff service for your meal.
How many staff will we have at our function?
It all depends on the menu you choose & how many people there are.
Do I need to supply refrigeration?
No, we supply our own refrigeration.
How will you store the food?
We have state of the art temperature controlled refrigerated vans.
Do you need cooking facilities? And if so, what?
If the cooking facilities are not sufficient we can hire hot cupboards (currently £45.00 + delivery)
Can you provide a bar?
Yes. We are fully licensed and can supply all your drinks for your function if you wish.
What do your staff wear?
White shirt, black trousers, bow tie, black apron.
How much time do you need before the meal is served?
We usually arrive on site one and a half to three hours before the guests, depending on the Menu and number of guests we are serving.
Do you have a contract?
Yes, once of you paid the deposit we will send you catering booking form which you must sign and return.
What are you payment terms?
£100 deposit to book our services, full payment due prior to function.
