Event Management Reviews at our Venues in Middlesex

I write to say how wonderful the Arens Lido Company performed our Wedding Reception and Breakfast at The Grange on 18th December 2018.

The venue was beautifully laid out with exquisite table linen and the dinner service was quite excellent!

Such a stylish venue and in combination with the elegant furnishings, helped to create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. It really did feel like a family gathering which helped all our guests relax and enjoy the whole occasion.

The Service was quite professional and always at hand to assist us with all our needs.

I expected the event to be good because of the fine reputation but I must admit I was blown away by the effort all of the Staff went too in order to make this special occasion a success.

The food was Silver Service was excellent and made all our guests feel special.

The coordinator at the venue was simply superb! Her knowledge and experience allowed us all the opportunity to relax and enjoy the event, she even guided myself and my Best Man on Wedding etiquette and protocol.

The Company Director should be very proud of his team from the excellent quality of the food to the professional service throughout.

I will be recommending Arens & Lido to all my contacts.

On behalf of Erica and I, we would like to thank you all so very much for helping to make our special day so success!

We could’nt have achieved this without you.

Stewart & Erica

Thank you again and a big Merry Christmas from myself and all of my colleagues at John Chilton School.

Dear Julie

Just a short note to thank you and your staff for the smooth running of our party at The Grange last Saturday. It was an added bonus that we were able to start the event off by having drinks in the garden and the children were able to let off a bit of steam running round the paths!

The food was delicious and very plentiful and your staff were very attentive yet discreet and we really appriciated how you all looked after us. We all thought the party was a great success and received many complliments as our guests departed.

With many thanks,
Angela and Anthony Patteson

My partner and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Cavendish. The day itself was fabulous, the staff very helpful and professional. The food and service was perfect and all our guests complemented us on how nice a venue it was. Gina was particularly helpful both on and before the day and John the DJ was brilliant!!! I would perhaps say that the venue isn’t the best choice if you have guests with mobility issues, there is no lift and the dining takes place upstairs. If you choose to book this venue you need to take into account some possible additional charges to your package. We paid extra for our function to continue after 11pm to midnight (DJ, bar, late licence). The bar closes for the duration of the wedding breakfast, which admittedly may not be an issue for most, but we chose to pay extra for it to remain open throughout for guests not wishing to drink the wine which was included in our package. The bar is cash only and there are no beers on tap. There was also no WIFI available, which wasn’t an issue for us, but might be for some. We were charged for use of a high chair and it would seem that there is no discounted rate for children under the age of 3 requiring a table service meal (we paid half the adult price). All in all we had a fantastic wedding day and would recommend the Cavendish to other couples.

Dear all at the Grange,

Thank you working so hard to give our daughter, Felicity, and our new son-in-law Ian, a wonderful wedding reception on 16th July.
The marque looked stunning, the waiting staff were helpful and extremely hard-working.
We were fortunate in loving a fine day to enjoy your beautiful grounds.
I know the couple were most grateful for your expertise in planning and organising this most memorable day in their lives.

Yours sincerely,
Hazel + Bob Pace

Dear Gina and Richard,

I just wanted to say thank you for our wedding on Saturday, particularly to Julie and Sheila who were fantastic. The day went really smoothly and everything went exactly as we had hoped.

Thanks again,
Sarah and Basil

Dear Gina and Richard,

John and I just wanted to say thank you for everything you did for us. The event went really well and people were impressed at how well everything was done and yet John and I had to do very little as you sorted it all for us.

Our guests were so impressed by the venue, the food and your staff. Please can you say a special thank you to Julie and Alex who helped us move stuff around for the various parts of the day without any quibble or grumbling. We also want to say a special thank you to John for the lovely food.

Nobody told us what if any extra we would have to pay for. The marquee was very warm indeed (but beautiful) and I think people did need extra water but I was not made aware of anything else.

We had our guitar concert in the big room and one guest described it as sitting inside a music box – it really was magical.

Thanks again and we wait to hear what more we owe.

Dear Gina,

Re: 40th Birthday Party on 10.06.17
