Finger Buffets
These menus are for less formal occasions or cocktail parties with 'bite-sized' selections of dishes. They are ideal for upmarket parties lasting between 2-4 hours.
Fork Buffets
Substantial menu dishes with decorated meat and fish, and vegetarian alternatives, fresh salads or vegetables. They are eaten seated, served from a main food table by uniformed staff.
Barbeque Grills
These are buffet style menus best suited for outdoors. Where possible and weather permitting they are cooked on char grills, although they can be adapted for use inside.
Bespoke Buffets
These substantial menus allow you to design your own custom buffet menu. They are available as 'Standard' or the more popular 'Banquet' style where guests are seated and served by our uniformed staff.
Banqueting
This covers all formal sit down means whilst still giving you the flexibility and choice of dishes. We have also put set menus together for a more simple lunch or event. Guests are served at their table by uniformed staff.
Evening Buffets
These are light finger food menus that are served after a main meal of buffet, such as later in the evening after a wedding reception. These menus are only available as additional catering requirements, and should be ordered for everyone attending.
Wine and Bar List
We have a fully stocked bar and extensive wine list.
Alternatively, any of the menu’s can be delivered and laid out in your home, reception hall, business or another venue without waitress service and supply all china and cutlery. Please contact us for details.
You can also choose to collect your beautifully decorated menu from our preparation kitchen.
- Children's same menu at half price up to 10% of the adult total
- VAT which is currently at 17.5% must be added to all menu’s except those collected from our premises
- Staff for evening bars & wedding coordinators are priced separately unless it is included in a wedding package.
